My Road To Bharatham 2008

This is a group work video some friends of mine and me had worked on back in college for the arts fest, Bharatham 2008. It was an entry for the Short Film category for which we were given the topic Arts Fest. The tools used and quality of the final product are primitive but the influx of ideas and creative skills were impressive and landed us a second grade in the category awards. Technical errors are present undoubtedly, but the production experience was great. Thanks to the whole gang that worked well!

Hey there,

This is my first entry in this blog. Well, as a basic intro, I hail from God's Own Country, (that's Kerala, a small state from the southern part of India), was born and brought up in Abu Dhabi, UAE and am currently residing in Pune. If you think that's messed up, it gets more interesting. I've completed my graduation  as a Computer Sciences Engineer, worked as a deejay for a while and landed myself in the amazing world of creativity. I found my calling during my engineering studies where I realized  sketching caricatures and concept art as a hobby I couldn't separate myself from.

The idea of creating your own vision and thoughts into a projected image or footage for others to visualize and experience... is amazing, if you take it into thought. Creativity... is an ability that differentiates man form other beings... the ability to think up something new and intriguing while at the same time being fun and enjoyable.
Its a whole different world out there, and I intend to see it all, to know it all.

For a start, there are a number of softwares varying from the pre production department through production to post production that I have come to acquaint myself with. I shall be putting up my works on this blog soon.
